An excellent value day trip taking in both the Bayona Church and Rila Monastery. Iva was an excellent guide with perfect English (she also conducted the tour in Spanish), and a fantastic knowledge of Bulgarian history.
Lovely day trip to the two ancient sites. Despite unavoidable mishaps — our bus broke down on the return trip — our English guide Ornella was gracious and accommodating. Her complete knowledge of the frescoes at Rila was enlightening and she made valuable suggestions for transportation when we needed to leave Boyana early due to the bus delay.
I had a great time. The tour guide was very kind and helpful. I recommend it 100%. I will definitely book another trip with them next time.
Rila Monastery is amazing, is a MUST to pay a visit. The tour guide Lubo is a very good tour guide, provided very sufficient historical knowledge and background , and explained the instructions very detailed. Strongly recommend to pay a v8sit there.
Great day, me and my family (wife and two kids) went in a spanish tour, in a cave, monastery and bells park (which we were not expecting), all good tips from the guide, like the cheap bulgarian bbq, highly recommended.

We were a party of 7 and it was a last minute booking. We could not get entrance tickets to Boyana Church but Vladi made it happen! Very resourceful and creative in how he made it happen. Rila Monastery was also a sight to behold. Excellent day handled beautifully!
